The Weber SmokeFire is a smart, Wi-Fi-enabled and Bluetooth-capable pellet grill. This quality grill is renowned for its expansive grilling space and it comes with dual cooking grates, allowing you to cook multiple foods at once.
The bottom grate offers 648 sq. inches and the top grate is 360 sq. inches for a cumulative grilling area of 1008 sq. inches. This makes the Weber SmokeFire ideal for cooking for larger crowds.
The grill is aesthetically pleasing, and apart from the lid and cooking chamber (which consist of porcelain enamel), all the other parts, including the Flavorizer bars, handles and side shelves, are made from stainless steel to guarantee longevity.
The porcelain-enameled lid and cookbox lock in the heat considerably well, thus ensuring your food cooks to perfection. However, we noticed that this grill does not distribute heat evenly, especially at high temperatures. The unit somehow struggles to retain even heat, so you have to reduce the temperature to make the most of this grill.
You have two options when it comes to controlling temperature. You can use the large LCD digital control panel on the grill or install the Weber SmokeFire Connect app on your smartphone to control the temperature remotely.

Another highlight of this grill is the high capacity 22-pound pellet hopper, which runs along the back of the unit, making it easy for you to load the grill swiftly and conveniently. The hopper’s slanting ramp directs the wood pellets to an auger, which then transports the pellets slowly into the firepot to prevent clogging.

To be honest, cleaning the Weber SmokeFire pellet grill is a bit of a struggle.
